3D Animation “The Journey” - 2019

THE JOURNEY

“The Journey” a picture created by the art collective “albapura”, Nicola Hackl-Haslinger and Peter Manhartsberger ( www.m3d-visualisierung.at ), has found a worthy place in our new VEGA observatory, Haus der Natur in Salzburg. The film, much favoured by our visitors, takes us on a fascinating journey from the beginning of astronomical research to the present, to our observatory, and further into a future yet unknown.
The excellent technique of the film guarantees a unique experience, opening up the awesome beauty of the infinite universe to the audience.
I am sure: the picture AND the observatory have found each other, complement each other and make each other even more valuable.
