This new series came about through a continued collaboration with composer and pianist Volker Bertelmann aka Hauschka.
One evening Volker Bertelmann called me and asked if I would be interested in doing another photographic artwork for his new album “A Different Forest”. I was intrigued by the idea of creating new pictures accompanying his sounds. Volker sent me his unpublished music pieces in advance and those impressive compositions were once again a great inspiration to create new artwork. I was responsible for the inner gatefold images of this album which was released by Sony Classical International on the 8th of February 2019.
